We generally do not transfer your Personal Data to countries outside of Singapore. However, if we do so, we will take steps to ensure that your Personal Data continues to receive a standard of protection that is at least comparable to that provided under the PDPA. For example, we will always ensure that there is a proper legal agreement that covers the data transfer.

Our management and their teams take commercially reasonable precautions to keep all information obtained from our online visitors secure against unauthorised access (e.g. data breach) and use and we periodically review our security measures. Although there is no way that any Website can absolutely guarantee the security of your Personal Data, we are committed to employing reasonable security measures, regularly reviewing our security practices (security risk assessments / audits), and providing regular awareness training. 7. Collection of Information From Children and Persons Without Mental Capacity
